your kensi type is your job search personality. it's based on a quick quiz that measures how you actually work - how you make decisions, how you solve problems, what kind of work you're actually good at. kensi uses your type to score job fit, rewrite your resume, and build interview answers that sound like you. there are 12 types, each with different strengths and job search strategies.
you could, but you'd need to set up your personality profile from scratch every time and hope the output is usable. kensi's prompts are tuned from a process that produced two real offers, and it scores fit against your personality automatically. right now kensi is completely free.
no problem. kensi has its own quiz that gives you a kensi type in about 5 minutes. you can also use CliftonStrengths or 16Personalities if you already have those. if you're interested in getting your CliftonStrengths results, there's a free workaround available inside the app.
